If you are thinking of joining a golf club then Peterculter offers you the opportunity to play on a beautiful course with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere

Ladies at Peterculter

Since opening for play in 1989 we’ve sought to make Peterculter a club where ladies can relax and enjoy social and competitive golf. The success of the ladies golf section has exceeded all expectations and we are now one of the largest ladies sections in Scotland.

Golfers of all abilities find it easy to integrate into this busy friendly section find everything you might be looking for in golf here at Peterculter.
We have a very active ladies section both on our lovely course and socially. Each year a group of around 40 ladies enjoy two nights away, staying in a hotel and playing different courses. There are also social evenings during the year including a pre-season night, prize giving night and Christmas lunches.

Competitions

During the year there are a variety of charity day, team and mixed team competitions. We also compete against several other North East golf clubs in friendly matches over the summer.
There is a mix of medal and stableford, as well as knock out competitions throughout the season.

The competition days are Tuesdays and weekends.
Golf continues through winter on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays weather permitting.
There is an Information Folder in the ladies locker room which contains general and specific information regarding everything you need to know about Peterculter Ladies Section.

Senior Ladies Section

We have an active Senior Ladies Section who play on Thursday mornings.
There is also the opportunity to play in the CALS (Central Aberdeenshire Ladies Seniors) which gives you the opportunity to play other courses in our area at a discounted rate.

Don't have time to play a full round?

At Peterculter Golf Club, you have the option to play a shorter game of 6 holes or a half round. You can still play to your handicap when you play 9 holes! You can find more information regarding 9 hole medals, in the blue folder in the Ladies Locker Room.

Due to continued rain through the night and again this morning the course is closed. The Greenkeepers have shifted as much water from the bunkers as they can and tried to clear water off the greens but due to the amount of rain they are saturated and the course will remain closed all day.
